My Skate Pro – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Skate Pro mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by My Skate Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information

  • Keep your account details secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through the app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) and renew automatically unless canceled.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

  • We do not offer refunds except as required by law.

If you upload or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for providing and promoting the App.

The App provides skating and fitness instruction for educational purposes only.

  • Always skate safely and use proper protective gear.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Skate Pro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
